The end of an era with the SWEAT sisters this morning as we had our final Fri-YAY session of the year and my last session with this bunch, after 4 years of running the weekly girlgang workout.
Words cannot describe the fun we’ve had or weirdness we’ve indulged, swimming pools could not contain the buckets of sweat we’ve shed and there’s not a DJ on earth that could handle the level of sass in our favourite playlist!
The SWEAT family is a special one and will always have a special place in my heart, just as Nivs and Nix managed to secure the perfect place in their’s this morning….
If there’s one thing SWEAT has taught me over the years, it is this: what can be shared with an element of lightness and laughter should not be tussled with alone, so find your tribe and never stop sweating!
Over and out SWEAT sisters (although this definitely isn’t a forever goodbye).
